Idols crumble under their own weight, but God’s shoulders are always strong enough to carry those who believe in Him.
They remind us that no human plan or object of false worship can stand against the purposes of the true God.
God holds believers securely from birth to life’s end.
He is ever unchanging, carrying and delivering His people through all stages of life.
We can trust fully in a God who soars above every false claim of deity.
God calls us to abandon empty idols and place our confidence in His everlasting might.
Idols, no matter how skillfully crafted, cannot respond to human need.
God alone is worthy of our remembrance and trust.
God alone stands above all things and remains unchanging in His authority and power.
God’s sovereignty transcends human limitation.
God demonstrates His supreme authority in arranging global affairs for His divine plans.
God’s rebuke is a reminder of His sovereignty and His invitation to repent.
God’s righteousness and salvation are certain and imminent.
