Psalms 146 Bible Commentary
Please choose a passage
Praise begins in the soul and belongs to the LORD.
There is always reason to praise God wholeheartedly, for as long as we have breath in our lungs.
We are warned to rely fully on God instead of on mortal power.
We should live each day mindful of our mortality, trusting in God’s eternal faithfulness for our true security.
This verse reminds us that only through wholehearted trust in God do we find true and lasting blessing.
God, as the faithful Creator, offers unwavering care and assurance to all who hope in Him.
He champions the powerless, provides for the needy, and grants freedom to those trapped in every kind of bondage.
God is the great Restorer who lifts the lowly and provides divine love and care to those who earnestly seek Him.
He watches over the helpless, showing that His power is always matched by His mercy.
God’s limitless, unchallenged reign calls every generation to praise Him in unending worship.
